Profile of International Home Buying Activity in Florida (2007)

NAR partnered with the Florida Association of REALTORS® on this 16-page report which looks at home purchases in Florida by international clients. Despite the housing slump, 7.3 percent of all Florida home purchases last year were by international clients.The majority, 21 percent, were from the United Kingdom.
